1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on jaya9a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jaya9a enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to verify age at any stage.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any Prohibited Territory at the time of placing bets or accessing casino games.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jaya9a employee where such relationship would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at jaya9a's discretion.

jaya9a reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of jaya9a's right to subsequently close an account if eligibility conditions are found not to have been met.

3. Account Management and Security

Players are responsible for all activity that takes place under their Account. jaya9a provides the following account security framework, and Players are expected to comply with associated obligations:

• Login credentials — you must keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access — if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify jaya9a support immediately at [email protected]. jaya9a is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to promptly report the issue.
• Account updates — you must keep your account information current. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be notified to support in writing. Supporting documents may be required to process certain changes.
• Account closure on request — you may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC checks.
• Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may apply. Players will be notified by SMS before any fee is deducted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaya9a does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

• Approved deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card. Minimum deposit via mobile financial service is ৳100. Card minimums may differ and will be displayed at the cashier.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are permitted only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). A Player must have completed at least one qualifying deposit and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside those hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• KYC verification: jaya9a may require identity documents (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) before approving a withdrawal. Players who fail to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will have their withdrawal held pending compliance.
• Third-party payments: Deposits or withdrawal requests from payment accounts that are not registered in the Player's own name will be declined and refunded. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods is grounds for account suspension.
• Fees: jaya9a does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. Third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are the Player's responsibility.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on sports markets and all wagers in casino or crash games on jaya9a are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (sports, live casino, slots, crash games) are published in the relevant game or sports-betting sections of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or odds changes at the moment of placement are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum single bet is ৳10. Maximum stake per bet and per event are set dynamically based on the market and are displayed in the bet slip prior to placement. jaya9a reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits at any time.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a material error has occurred in the display of odds. In such cases the staked amount will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Payout limits: The maximum payout on any single bet or game round is ৳5,000,000 (five million taka) unless otherwise stated on specific markets or games. Winnings above this limit will be reviewed and may be paid in instalments at jaya9a's discretion.
• Error in odds or game results: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or bonus calculations, jaya9a reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneously credited winnings.
• Results and settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). For BPL cricket matches, the Bangladesh Cricket Board's official results apply. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 7 days of the settlement date.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jaya9a offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration, verified their mobile number, and made at least one qualifying BDT deposit unless the specific promotion states different qualifying criteria.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment account. jaya9a may use technical and manual checks to enforce this restriction.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Free-bet winnings carry a 5x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is specified. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• jaya9a reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by SMS where reasonably practicable.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that are withdrawn before wagering requirements are met will be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

jaya9a is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Players. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use the Platform responsibly. Players have access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period the account is locked and cannot be reopened early.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing elapsed session time and net session wagering.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jaya9a Platform. Engaging in any of the actions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the outcome of a sports event or casino game.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing differences between jaya9a and other platforms, where such strategies are designed purely to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaya9a's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jaya9a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings that would have been earned absent a technical error, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. jaya9a does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, telecommunications networks, or force-majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jaya9a's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

jaya9a collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have opted in to marketing communications.

jaya9a applies SSL encryption across the entire Platform. Personal and financial data are stored on secure servers and are not sold to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) is limited to the minimum necessary to process your transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

11. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

jaya9a reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, jaya9a will endeavour to provide Players with advance notice via SMS or on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

jaya9a may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time where there is a reasonable belief of breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would expose jaya9a to legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination, any verified balance not subject to withholding will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and applied in a manner consistent with applicable principles of fairness and player protection.

If you have a question, concern, or formal complaint regarding these Terms & Conditions or your jaya9a account, please contact our Player Support team:

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address above and must include your registered mobile number, account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. jaya9a will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within that period, jaya9a will provide a progress update and an estimated resolution date.
